MINI EGG CHOCOLATE BARK

Hi,

So for the this the final of  my Easter bakes,i chose chocolate bark which is incredibly easy.

Ingredients:

  • White chocolate
  • Mini eggs

Method:
  1. First  melt the choclate slowly in a bowl over simmering water.

  2. Next,spread the chocolate thinly on a silicone surface.
  3. Finally add crushed mini eggs on top and set until firm in the fridge.

  4. Finally crack up and enjoy.

MINI EGG COOKIES

Hi,

Ingredients:
  • 100g butter
  • 100g brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 200g self raising flour
  • 1 pack of mini eggs
Method:
  1. First preheat the oven to 180c,350F or gas mark 4.
  2. Next mix all the ingredients except the mini eggs until a slight dough forms like in the picture you don't want to over mix because then the cookies will rise.
  3. Next,crush the eggs in a bag with a heavy object like a rolling pin.


  4. Next,knead the chocolate pieces into the dough.


  5. Next take gold ball size pieces and squash down.

  6. Finally add 3 eggs to each and bake for 10 minutes.
